Du har rett når du skriver at det har vært en lang vei, Greg. Virkelig, denne case startet for 25 år siden. Etter det ble det flere utsettelser inntil jeg gjenopptok the case omtrent 12 år tilbake i tid. The case har pågått kontinuerlig etter det. Den har blitt behandlet i trygderetten en gang tidligere, der jeg fikk medhold der retten forlangte at myndighetene måtte behandle og vurdere the case på nytt. Underveis har jeg hatt 2 advokater som har representert meg, men de fikk ikke utrettet noe positivt. Derfor gjorde jeg valget med å være min egen forsvarer og sendte min siste anke til trygderetten i mai 2015. Jeg fikk den endelige avgjørelsen i går etter at retten hadde behandlet denne rettsaken i 7 måneder.

You are right when you write that it has been a long road, Greg. Really, this case started 25 years ago. After that, it was more a postponement until I resumed the case about 12 years back in time. The case has been going on continuously after that. It has been treated in social security court once before, where I got the dispute where the Court demanded that the Government had to manage and review the case again. Along the way, I have had 2 lawyers who have represented me, but they did not get accomplished something positive. That's why I made the choice to be my own defense and sent my last appeal to the social security court in may 2015. I got the final decision yesterday after the Court had dealt with this Court case in 7 months.
